Maximiliano's father was Juan de Jesus Duron (Diaz) and his mother is Maria Gertrudis Macias (Duron).  His paternal grandparents are Silverio Duron and Maria Leonicia Ponce (Duron); his maternal grandparents are Fernando Duron and Maria Relaria Luciano (Duron). He had a brother and three sisters, named Alejo, Juliana, Maria and Emilia.  He was the third oldest of the five children.  Maximiliano is no longer alive.
