Crecenciano Macias (Martinez)

Crecenciano was born on September 14th, 1889 in Rancho de Los Sandovales Del Llano, Ags, Ags and his baptism took place on October 19th, 1895 in El Senor Del Encino, Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes conducted by Father Ysidro Navarro.¹   His godfather was Martin Medina and his godmother was Petra Macias.

Crecenciano's father was Pablo Macias and his mother was Ma. Del Refugio Martinez (Macias).  His paternal grandparents were Quirino Macias and Ma. Del Refugio Martinez; his maternal grandparents were Eulogio Martinez and Jacinta Aranda. He had a brother and five sisters, named Florencio, Ma. Del Refugio, Delfina, Ma. Cleofas, Sebastiana and Agapita.  He was the second youngest of the seven children. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Anastasio, Lina and Virginia.  He died due to a cardiac arrest at the age of 86 on October 22nd, 1975 in Memorial Medical Center, Corpus Christi, TX.  The funeral took place on October 25th, 1975 in Corpus Christi, TX and was arranged by Gonzalez - Cantu Funeral Home.  He was buried on October 25th, 1975 in La Piedad Cemetary, Corpus Christi, TX.^1 1
