  Ceballos Funeral Home was founded by Dan Ceballos I in McAllen, Texas in 1917 and became the first funeral home owned by Hispanic-Mexicans in this era. The Ceballos Heritage continued with his son Dan II taking over the family business and like his father, Dan III became owner until until his death. Three generations later (2012), Ceballos Funeral Home is still owned and managed by his wife, Linda Ceballos.
