Petra Medellin Ramirez

Petra was born on May 3rd, 1871 in Santo Domino, Zacatecas, Sacatecas, Mexico and her baptism took place on May 3rd, 1871 in Santo Domino, Zacatecas, Zacatecas, Mexico.¹   Petra's father was Atanacio Ramirez and her mother was Deonicia Medellin. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Gregorio, Antonio, Jose Maria, Jesus Antonio, Ma. Estanislao, Florentina, Matiana Epefania and Maria Romana.  She was the youngest of the nine children.
